WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

PREMADE: The shipping of your purchase may take up to a week.
PREORDER: After the pre order window closes, please allow up to 14-49 business days for your purchase to be shipped. Pre-order windows typically will end on Friday.
The product will indicate if it is a preorder or not.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REFUND IMPORT FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipping or transit after the item is in USPS, UPS, or DHL hands. To track down your package and/or file a lost package complaint, please get in touch with USPS or your local postal service.
